Board of Directors
At AMDeC, we bring together the best minds in biomedical research. Our Board of Directors reflects this pre-eminent intellectual capital, offering invaluable guidance and vision to the organization and its collaborative partners.
AMDeC is comprised of two entities – AMDeC, LLC and AMDeC Foundation, Inc. AMDeC LLC is a member-managed limited liability company comprised of 26 member institutions situated statewide. Each member appoints one designated representative to the governing body of AMDeC. The LLC Board meets annually to receive updates on AMDeC projects, approve the selection of new members, and other corporate governance matters.
The purpose of the AMDeC Foundation, Inc. is exclusively charitable, education and scientific, and related to the conducting of scientific research activities and the delivery of biomedical/health programs.
